The enquiry form collects your name, phone number, selected service and project message, plus your email and project location if provided. Please do not submit identity documents, financial account details, health information or other sensitive data through this form.
Why we use it
With the permission you give through the form, we use your details to respond to your enquiry, discuss your requirements and follow up on that request. We also protect the service against abuse and duplicate requests. The form does not subscribe you to marketing. Optional browser preferences require a separate choice in Cookie settings. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this website, and we do not sell enquiry details.
Retention and security
Enquiries currently remain in the database until authorised staff review and delete them; no automatic deletion schedule is configured. You can request deletion using the contact details below. Information needed for an ongoing project, a legal obligation or a dispute may need to be retained for that purpose. Access to enquiries requires staff authentication. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so avoid including unnecessary personal information.
Your choices and requests
Contact us to ask about your information, request access or a copy, correct or update it, request deletion, or withdraw permission for further enquiry follow-up. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and any lawful retention requirements. We may ask for proportionate information to verify that a request concerns your own data. Withdrawal does not undo processing already carried out. You may also raise a privacy complaint with Oman’s Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology.
External services and children
WhatsApp, Instagram and map links open external services only when you choose to follow them. Their own privacy terms apply, and you decide whether to send a message. Our enquiry service is intended for adults making business or construction enquiries. If a child’s information has been submitted, contact us so we can review and address it.
